fail to plan plan to failIf I have time tonight….. If I get to it this week…. Maybe this weekend…. Someday… I’ll just grab something on the go… We will see when we get there… Have you heard or said these before? Some of us are guilty of not being prepared or not plan what is important to us. Most people agree that exercise and good nutrition is really important and that our health is at the top of our priority list. However, even though we feel that it is really mandatory in our lives, we don’t take the time to actually plan and put in our agenda the tasks that are required to stay or get healthy.

Put your workouts in your agenda and always plan your food ahead, pack a lunch, schedule a class or a personal training session, be accountable and see the difference that planning can make to reaching your goals.
