Every wednesday night, we go for a walk with a group of friends at Crescent Beach in White Rock. The sunset is amazing there.

There was a sailing club course happening when we were there. (See picture). One of my friend said that we should try that one day. “All you have to do is to catch the wind.”  But I asked: “How do you know when the wind will come?” She said: “The key is to know where you are going and you can make the wind work for you!”

What a perfect analogy for what I do with my clients. The sailing club allows you to learn how to know where you are going and to catch that wind. Just like a life coach helps you find out what you want, set your goals and teach you how to create opportunities.
