Stand Up Paddling is the new amazing Core Training out there. Imagine a fitness class on a paddle board! This is going to be soooo much fun!

I am teaching Wednesday nights at 6:30pm (SUP Yoga) and Saturday mornings at 11:30 (SUP Fitness) at Crescent Beach (Blacky Spit Beach). Come try it out! You can drop in or pre-register. The more classes you do, the cheaper it gets. You can mix and match the classes, they don’t all have to be on the same day of the week.

Pre-register for :

1 class = $50

2 to 4 classes = $45 per class (+ HST)

5 to 9 classes = $40 per class (+ HST)

10 classes = $35 per class (+ HST)

 

Prices include the rental of the Paddle Board.

 

Classes start this coming Wednesday June 6th at 6:30pm. Space is limited so book your spot today.
