Join me and my friend Carol-Ann in this awesome 12 days of Christmas workout! Been doing it every day since Monday and it is pretty fun. It takes about 40 minutes.
Here is the concept: Just like the song, you do 1 Air Jack, then 2 Burpies, then 1 Air Jack, then 3 kettle bell swings, then 2 Burpies, then 1 Air Jack, then 4 plyometric lunges, then 3 kettlebell swings, then 2 burpies, then 1 air jack, then 5 decline push-ups, then 4 plyometric lunges, then 3 kettlebell swings, then 2 burpies, then 1 air jack, then 6 (….), 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…. all the way until you get to 12 switches (on your hand switch one leg with the other to side 12 times….
Modify it, make it your own, change some moves and have a great time… 12 more days until Christmas… get ready for the food fest early!
