It’s Holiday Party time! Great food, huge buffets, lots of extra unwanted pounds are just waiting for us to indulge.

Don’t starve all day because you think you will be eating lots. You are implying that in fact, you will be eating lots! Your brain is always listening. Careful what you think. Eat well before you head out. Spoil your appetite!  Make it about the people and not about the food, and avoid the holiday weight-gain.
