I Just Received the Magazine... and I’m In It!

Okay, now I have to say it — I’m excited. I mean, really excited!

I just received the paper copy of the REAL Leaders 2025 magazine where I was selected as one of their Top Executive Coaches. What??? This is SO cool!

You’ll recognize the cover right away — it features none other than Gary Vaynerchuk. Inside, the magazine is divided into sections. One of them features the Top Keynote Speakers. And wow — that list is absolutely stacked.

You’ve got Tony Robbins, Simon Sinek, Gary Vaynerchuk (of course), Brené Brown, Mel Robbins, Jay Shetty, Amy Cuddy (who I quote all the time in my work!), Seth Godin, and Les Brown, just to name a few.

Naturally, I would LOVE to be featured in that section one day — still working on my craft as a keynote speaker — but guess what? There’s another section: Top Executive Coaches.

Now, if you’ll indulge me as I flip through the pages... guess who’s there?

In a magazine filled with global thought leaders and industry icons… there I am. Isn’t that amazing?

And before the question pops into your mind — “How much did that cost?” — let me tell you: it didn’t cost a thing. I didn’t pay to be featured.

I went through a rigorous application process. There were extensive forms, live interviews, and even a live coaching session with a client, observed and evaluated by the REAL Leaders team.

So yes, I knew I was being considered. But holding this magazine in my hands? Seeing my name in there with the greats? It’s beyond surreal.

I want to take this moment to say thank you — to all my amazing clients, to everyone who’s contributed to my journey. You’ve taught me just as much (if not more!) than any support I may have offered you. This award means a lot because it recognizes people who are really making a difference, coaching from a place of authenticity, purpose, and impact. To be included in this group? I’m so honored.

It also reminded me of something important: we often don’t realize the ripple effect we’re having. When we show up every day, coach, speak, or support someone — we might not always see the immediate results. But someone out there is watching. Someone is being impacted. And sometimes, they nominate you for something you didn’t even know existed.

So today, I’m celebrating this recognition — and I’m also celebrating YOU.
Because if you’re in a position where you’re leading, inspiring, or simply showing up for others, you’re making a difference too. I am incredibly proud to be part of this inspiring global movement.
