Last week, I shared some of the learnings I took out from Chantal Petitclerc's closing keynote at canfitpro. It was absolutely inspiring to listen to her, and made me feel so empowered. If you missed it, you can catch up HERE.
Today, I think you will be impressed with the power of your brain. Here's what we're going to do: We're going to do a memory test. I will be showing you a slideshow with 60 images in it. It's going to last 60 seconds. Pay attention, and I bet that you will be able to remember at least 90% of the images that you see.
For today's blog, I highly recommend watching the video, since it's all about you seeing the images... Enjoy!
So, how was it? Aren't you amazed at your brain? I am almost certain that 90% of the time, you were able to recognize which image you had seen. Trust your brain. You are phenomenal. You have the capacity to remember so many things, and sometimes it's even unconscious. We don't think that we can, but WE CAN! Trust the power of your unconscious mind, because you can use this astonishing power every day. I am fascinated by the brain. I think it's the most absolute, amazing, complex and fantastic structure. The best one in the whole universe. Nothing else can compare to our brains.
Take advantage of everything that your brain has to offer.
See you next week!

Hi Nathalie – thanks for this. What I find so interesting is that I didn’t have to ‘work’ at remembering; just observe and re-observe. Thanks. Maer
