Every wednesday night, we go for a walk with a group of friends at Crescent Beach in White Rock. The sunset is amazing there.

There was a sailing club course happening when we were there. (See picture). One of my friend said that we should try that one day. « All you have to do is to catch the wind. »  But I asked: « How do you know when the wind will come? » She said: « The key is to know where you are going and you can make the wind work for you! »

What a perfect analogy for what I do with my clients. The sailing club allows you to learn how to know where you are going and to catch that wind. Just like a life coach helps you find out what you want, set your goals and teach you how to create opportunities.
